This translates into programming that considers how aid affects social and economic conditions and the relationships between displaced and host communities. Specifically, we pursue this principle in four ways:
  • - Ensuring equal access to services and programs.
  • - Strengthening people’s capacity to claim and advocate for their rights.
  • - Supporting the capacity of authorities to fulfill rights.
  • - Accountability to the individuals and communities we serve.

Furthermore, we prioritize the safety and accessibility of service locations, ensuring that beneficiaries are not exposed to danger or discrimination. We also prioritize the delivery of services in a manner that respects the dignity and confidentiality of the communities we serve.
Our strategies for implementing gender activities revolve around establishing peaceful, sustainable, consistent, and enforceable ground rules, and promoting a responsive and accountable governance culture through strengthening communities, with focus on women and youth, peace building, conflict resolution and coexistence, advocacy and networking capacities by organizing networking meetings, forums and conferences. We also aim to address risks and threats, while increasing community awareness and acceptance of women's rights and other socio-economic issues.
